Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the product vision and roadmap for our AI-powered healthcare diagnostics platforms. This role will be responsible for translating clinical needs, regulatory requirements, customer feedback, and commercial objectives into a clear and prioritized product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare providers, engineering teams, clinical stakeholders, and executive leadership to scale products already deployed in primary care clinics and expand adoption through major distribution partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own and manage the product roadmap across our AI-powered healthcare diagnostics product suite.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Translate customer, clinical, and business requirements into actionable and well-scoped product plans.
• Drive product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work directly with clinical partners, health system customers, Engineering teams, AI/ML teams, and Executive leadership.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate product delivery timelines, release planning, and go-to-market activities.

Healthcare & AI Product Development

• Define requirements for EHR integrations, AI-generated diagnostic reports, autonomous diagnostic workflows, and clinical decision support tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality product delivery.
• Support usability improvements and ongoing customer experience optimization.

Regulatory & Commercialization Support

• Support FDA regulatory submission documentation and product readiness activities.
• Ensure product requirements align with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on go-to-market planning and commercialization strategies.

Product Analytics & KPI Management

• Track and analyze KPIs including customer adoption, product engagement, report generation volume, revenue pipeline impact, and operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and customer outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing SaaS, healthcare technology, or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and clinical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare AI, medical imaging, diagnostics, or digital health platforms.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated software products and regulatory workflows.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience supporting commercialization strategies or grant-funded product initiatives.
• Understanding of AI/ML product workflows and healthcare analytics.
