About the role
Role Overview:
Support daily operations of utility systems, ensuring reliable system performance, data flow, and communication between field devices and central platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operations
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams
- Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 4+ years in systems operations or similar environment
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
