Variable Data Programmer & Print Production Specialist

Role Description:

We're looking for a tech-savvy professional to join us as a full-time Variable Data Design Programmer. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging production print/document composition and automation software, enhancing our document-related operations, and shaping the future of Towne Mailer. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining templates using variable data programming software. This role involves designing templates based on customer requirements, managing workflow paths, and the actual physical printing of documents.

Responsibilities:

• Leveraging production print/document composition and automation software such as Transformation’s Uluro or Planetpress’s OL Connect, and BCC.
• Designing and repurposing documents to create dynamic multi-channel communications.
• Incorporating text, images, and variable data to enhance the overall quality of document composition.
• Implementing process automation, ensuring seamless integration with diverse applications.
• Managing multi-channel output, primarily remote printing, to optimize efficiency within our printing, processing, and mailing solutions.
• Oversee IT operations, including network management, server maintenance, and end-user support.

Qualifications:

• Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with database management, and large data files
• Strong IT expertise
• Project management skills
• Account management and customer success experience
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a plus).
• Printing, mailing, or design industry experience (a plus).
