Qualification
- BA / BSc or MA / MSc from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates having relevant teaching and administrative experience.
Salary Package
PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school.
- Supervise and support teachers in maintaining high educational standards.
- Monitor student discipline, attendance, and academic performance.
- Coordinate examinations, co-curricular activities, and school events.
- Ensure the effective implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive communication with parents, staff, and the community.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
