About Us

At Trickle Up, we are building a dedicated AI Animation Studio producing cinematic content for broadcast and digital platforms. The final stage of every production passes through post-production — and we need someone who can take AI-generated assets and transform them into polished, professional, and emotionally compelling finished films.

About the Role

As a Video Editor and Motion Designer you will be the final voice in every production. You will take AI-generated animation assets and bring them together through editing, motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, and post-production into a finished deliverable that meets the highest cinematic standard.

This is not a passive assembly role. Every cut you make should serve the story. Every motion graphic should feel intentional. Every colour grade should establish mood. If you care about the craft of post-production and understand that the edit is where stories are truly told — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Edit AI-generated animation sequences into cohesive, cinematic productions
• Create transitions, cuts, and sequences that serve the story and maintain pace and rhythm
• Design motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and UI animations
• Perform colour correction and full colour grading to establish the visual tone of each production
• Design and implement sound — music, sound effects, ambient audio, and dialogue integration
• Optimise and export final deliverables for multiple platforms including broadcast, YouTube, social media, and client presentations
• Manage project files, asset libraries, and final deliverable archives

What We Are Looking For

• Strong visual storytelling ability through editing — every cut has a purpose
• Expert understanding of pacing, rhythm, and how to create emotional impact through the edit
• Motion graphics proficiency — you can design clean, purposeful, and beautiful animated graphics
• Solid understanding of sound design fundamentals
• Professional colour grading knowledge and an eye for cinematic tone
• Exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of post-production
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines
