About the Role

Let's Outsource is looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to create engaging content that builds and strengthens his personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

This is not a remote position. You must be available to work from our office, as most content will be filmed on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Film high-quality videos in the office, including talking-head videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.

Edit engaging short-form videos with professional cuts, captions, transitions, and trending editing styles.

Write compelling LinkedIn posts highlighting the CEO's business journey, insights, and achievements.

Design clean, professional banners, thumbnails, and social media graphics using a black, white, and orange brand theme.

Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

Publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Monitor content performance and provide weekly reports on views, engagement, and follower growth.

Requirements

Must be available to work full-time from our office.

1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.

Experience using cameras or smartphones with proper lighting and audio equipment.

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Creative mindset with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
