Waitress/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to maintain service efficiency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and valued.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.26 - $25.61 per hour
