Job Description

J Restaurant Management is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, provides exceptional customer service, and creates a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service standards.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.
• Prepare and set up dining tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
