Warehouse Assistant

Tru-Tone is looking for a reliable, organized, hard worker to join our warehouse team. This is an active and physical position and requires carrying heavy boxes, moving items up and down stairs and ladders, and working with pallets and other heavy equipment. This is a part time position (15-30 hours per week), mostly mornings. Hours may vary throughout the year and will increase Sept-Dec. Schedule can be somewhat flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with inventory management, restocks and transfers from offsite storage
• Assist with breaking down boxes, cardboard management, and cleanup
• Help to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and workspace
• Assist with and supervise order fulfillment
• Other warehouse related tasks as needed

Skills:

• Reliable, punctual and hard working
• Physically fit and capable of working on your feet and carrying heavy items for several hours
• Cleanliness and organization
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Quick learner. Capable of absorbing and retaining a lot of information
