Warehouse Associate – Feed Store & Power Equipment

Ithaca Ace Hardware is looking for an energetic, dependable, and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Feed Store and Power Equipment team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with customers, and being part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Forklift experience is required and candidates must be comfortable operating a forklift safely
• Mechanical aptitude or experience assembling equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other equipment
• Load feed orders and other merchandise into customer vehicles
• Operate a forklift to unload deliveries, move inventory, and restock pallets in the warehouse and yard
• Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas
• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00-$19.00 based on experience
