Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver to manage incoming shipments, outgoing deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

Please Note on Schedule: This position will begin on a part-time basis to align with current operational volume. However, this is a permanent role with a guaranteed transition to full-time hours (40+ hours/week) as our operations scale in the near future. The ideal candidate must have the long-term availability and intent to accept full-time hours once this transition occurs, offering a direct path to grow into a foundational role within our team.

• Pay is based on experience
• Annual bonus based on company performance
• Annual raises based on individual employee performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify goods against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of received inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Managerial experience working in a warehouse is preferred
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening in accordance to local law and regulations
• Ability to lift 75lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Forklift certification (provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
