Welder

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Welders perform various procedures in order to manufactured goods to meet quality standards and on time delivery date goals, while meeting all safety requirements.

• 1-3 years of welding/ fabricating experience is required.
• Experience with TIG & MIG, including setting up welding equipment and following welding procedure specifications is required.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and fabricating all component parts into complete assemblies.
• Performs basic equipment maintenance.
• Keeps work area clean and neat at all times.
• Documents the part processed.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Performs basic machine maintenance.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Documents the part processed.
• Save programs on the machine.
• Great attendance and a positive attitude

• Must have good social skills to work well in a team environment,
• The ability to take and follow directions is very important, and willing to learn new skills.
• A positive attitude toward quality work, safety, and our environment,
• Willingness to stay long term and grow with the organization.

Educations/ Experience Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required.
• Trade School with Welding Certificate is preferred.
• High degree of attention to detail with accuracy

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of machines used in operation.

This Job is a Full time Position (40) with possible overtime in busy times.

Typical hours of work: 7 am-3:30 pm typical (Monday- Friday), Overtime as required.

7am - 3:30pm - Monday thru Friday
