Welder/Fabricator

Location: Rose Creek, MN

Here at Stinger Attachments we manufacture implement attachments from raw material all the way through finished goods. We are a rapidly growing company shipping products direct to customer and dealers throughout the USA. We are a small company that offers growth and advancement in your career.

We are currently looking for an experienced welder/ fabricator with a minimum of 1 year of production welding experience. We are looking for someone that is well rounded in the welding and manufacturing industry and can hit the ground running. Communication with our small team is key to our success.

Job Duties consist of

• Mig Welding
• Grinding
• Building Weldments
• Reading Blueprints.
• Responsible for maintaining key performance metrics such as safety, quality, and delivery
• Opportunity for some Robotic Welding. (will Train)
• Forklift operation
• Ability to work well with the team.

4 day work week with overtime on Fridays when needed. No weekend work. Hours are Mon- Thurs 6:30am-5:00pm. All pd holidays and pd vacation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on experience. Eligible for raises at 6 months and 1 year based on performance.
