We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is a fantastic remote opportunity, offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of working independently to ensure our operations run smoothly.



Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.

• Handle email correspondence, filter communications, and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.

• Perform data entry, maintain client relationship management (CRM) systems, and ensure all information is accurate and confidential.

• Provide general administrative support, including digital file organisation, online research, and managing expenses.

• Assist with client communications, including sending reminders and following up on action items.

• Organise and coordinate virtual events and team activities as required.

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.



Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with online communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative.

• A commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is highly desirable but not essential.
