AI Consulting Sales Rep

Ascera Digital is an AI automation and consulting agency helping businesses streamline operations, save time, and grow revenue through custom AI-driven systems — from intelligent workflow automation to AI-powered customer engagement and marketing tools. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying businesses that could benefit from AI automation and consulting, starting conversations, and setting up qualified appointments for our consulting team to close.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research potential clients through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads based on business needs and fit for AI automation/consulting solutions
• Schedule appointments/demos for the closing team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
• Meet weekly/monthly prospecting and appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, social)
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
• Interest in or familiarity with AI, automation, or consulting services a plus

Compensation

$16/hour base pay plus uncapped commission on closed deals.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
