BMS Technicians (Senior & Junior Level)

Location: Abu Nakhla, Qatar

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and junior-level Building Management System (BMS) Technicians to support 24/7 operation, monitoring, and maintenance of critical building automation systems across a large-scale facility in Qatar.

The roles involve working with modern BMS platforms including Honeywell, Johnson Controls (JCI), Siemens, and Schneider Electric, supporting HVAC, lighting, and integrated building systems.

1. Senior BMS Technician (5+ Years Experience)

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Controls, or related field
• OEM or BMS-specific training preferred (Honeywell / JCI / Siemens / Schneider)
• Knowledge of CIBSE standards is an advantage

2. Junior BMS Technician (1–3 Years Experience)

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of BMS / HVAC systems

Requirements

• Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Honeywell, JCI, Siemens, or Schneider
• Experience in HVAC controls or facilities management environment
• Ability to work in shift-based 24/7 operations
• Strong attention to detail and reporting discipline
• Good communication and teamwork skills
