COMPENSATION & BENEFIT MANAGER (UAE NATIONAL)

Lead Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, and HR Governance. Drive strategic HR initiatives, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and compliance with UAE Labour Law while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, annual reviews, incentives, and manpower budgeting.
  
• Oversee payroll governance, workforce planning, and HC cost analysis.
  
• Lead performance management, goal setting, calibration, and annual appraisal cycles.
  
• Drive organisational development, restructuring, job architecture, and change initiatives.
  
• Lead employee engagement, culture, and succession planning programmes.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies, governance, and compliance standards.
  
• Prepare HR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, and management reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HSE requirements.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
  
• 10–12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and UAE Labour Law.
