Assistant HR Manager – Wellness Resort

Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records. Help foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the resort's wellness values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and labour regulations.
