Contract Engineer

• Tendering & Procurement: Support tendering processes, evaluate bids technically and commercially, and formulate award recommendations.
• Contract Administration: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. Ensure compliance with legislation, HSE standards, and company policies.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, process vendor or contractor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain billing records using enterprise systems like SAP.
• Risk & Dispute Resolution: Maintain risk and opportunity (R&O) logs, proactively evaluate potential claims, and work alongside legal teams during disputes

Pay: QAR3,117.05 - QAR17,111.01 per month
