Fleet Team Lead

Role Overview:

Oversee daily fleet and logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination, team performance, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage field teams
• Monitor daily fleet operations, scheduling, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Prepare reports and maintain performance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or fleet operations with driving experience
• Proven team management experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in reporting and computer applications
