Floor Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring surfaces in commercial settings. This role requires expertise in floor care, including buffing, carpet cleaning,stripping and waxing of lvt and vct flooring and also seal coating

Responsibilities

• Execute specialized floor cleaning techniques such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to enhance the appearance of hard surface floors.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and methods to ensure carpets are clean.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
