Fresh Accountant

QF Network is hiring a motivated Accountant / Bookkeeper to support US-based accounting operations. This is an onsite, night-shift role in Karachi, ideal for fresh graduates only looking to start their career in professional bookkeeping, reporting, and client accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation for US-based clients.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking using cloud-based software.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and month-end documentation.
• Support finance team with audits, compliance, and reporting.
• Communicate with US clients through email and calls (English proficiency required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or currently enrolled).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic understanding of US Accounting and Bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, or Zoho Books.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.

Job Details

• Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday)

• Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 PKR (based on skill and expertise)
