Accountant (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team for the Night Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Candidates with experience handling international clients, particularly US-based accounts, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling US, UK, or international accounts.
• Knowledge of taxation, payroll processing, and financial compliance.
• ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
