GRO for Cafe (Female)

As a GRO at our café, you’ll handle guest interactions, manage reservations, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

Location: DHA, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences.
• Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean and presentable.
• Promote services, amenities, and special offers.
• Follow up with guests during and after their stay for feedback.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service (café or restaurant preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
