GRO Enrichment is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Math Teacher to work with students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy teaching math, building confidence in learners, and helping students develop strong foundational skills through engaging, hands-on instruction.

Rather than managing every subject, you will focus exclusively on teaching math while students rotate between subject-area classrooms throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Teach math to small groups of students in Kindergarten through 6th grade (Grades taught separate, rotating hourly)
• Create engaging lessons that make math meaningful and approachable
• Differentiate instruction to meet varying ability levels
• Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment
• Communicate student progress with families and administration
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to support student growth

Schedule

Monday–Thursday

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 20 hours per week or more
• Fridays off (optional opportunities available)

Students rotate through classrooms throughout the day, allowing you to remain in your classroom and focus on your subject area.

Qualifications

• Teaching degree highly preferred
• CPR certification
• Strong understanding of elementary mathematics concepts
• Ability to make learning engaging and interactive
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Experience teaching or working with children preferred
• Passion for helping students build confidence and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and current student enrollment.
