Lead Preschool Teacher

Position Summary:

1. Develops lesson plans consistent with established guidelines and goals

2. Plans individual/ and group learning activities designed to meet instructional objective and students needs

3. Prepares for classes assigned and shows evidence of preparation upon request of supervisory personnel

4. Participates with other staff members in curriculum planning during designated meetings

5. Maintains classrooms and program materials clean and well organized

6. Helps children with toileting/diapering/ supervise lunch and prepare and serve snack

7. Daily record keeping

8. Track and communicate progress regularly for parents

Qualifications

Must be energetic, friendly, creative, nurturing, self-motivated and have a positive attitude

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience working with children birth to five years.

2. AA or BA degrees in Child Development or a minimum of 12 Child Development units required.

3. Current CPR required.

4. Must show proof of negative TB test and background clearance via live scan.
