MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to support residential installations in Roanoke, VA and surrounding communities.

Paid Training Program

• Start Date: August 10th
• Location: Roanoke, VA
• Training Pay: $15.00/hour
• After training, technicians transition to a piece-rate pay structure with performance-based earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
• Install satellite television and home technology equipment
• Diagnose and resolve service or connectivity issues
• Educate customers on their new services
• Work safely while maintaining high-quality service standards

What You’ll Receive

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60–80 pounds regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 36 feet
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Weekend availability
• Commitment to attend training starting August 10th in Roanoke, VA (hotel and expenses provided)
