Perform routine maintenance and repair activities on fiber-optic equipment and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service. Respond to service outages promptly and restore connectivity.</li><li>
Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and equipment used. Generate accurate reports on work completed and document network configurations.</li><li>
Interact with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner. Address their inquiries, explain service options, and provide technical support when required.</li><li>
Maintain safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies. Report any accidents, losses, injuries or property damage to supervisor and customer based on established policies</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate on network expansion projects.</li><li>
