Digital Marketing - Remote - preferably based in Syria

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing person to join our team remotely. The role will focus on social media, content creation, graphic design, marketing support, and events.

Main ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

• Manage and publish daily LinkedIn posts.
• Write captions and create engaging content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Share company news, products, and achievements.
• Follow social media trends and suggest new ideas.

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, presentations, brochures, banners, and flyers.
• Edit photos and videos.
• Create simple promotional videos when needed.
• Follow the company’s brand guidelines.

Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Suggest ideas to improve marketing activities.

Presentations & Events

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and company profiles.
• Support exhibitions and company events.
• Prepare marketing materials for events.
• Support photography, videography, and social media coverage during events.
• Assist with post-event content and reports.

Requirements

• Experience with LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
• Good writing and content creation skills.
• Good graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Preferred

• B2B marketing experience.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Analytics and social media reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
