Sales Associate

• Greet customers and assist them in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Monitor stock availability and report low inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
• Support merchandising activities and promotional campaigns.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist in stock receiving, labeling, and inventory checks when required.

Pay: KD325.000 - KD375.000 per hour
