Job SummaryThe Legal Consultant provides legal advice and support to ensure the company&rsquo;s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and representing the company&rsquo;s legal interests.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide legal advice to management and departments on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.</li><li>Ensure company compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Identify and assess legal risks and propose preventive solutions.</li><li>Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.</li><li>Handle disputes, claims, and legal notices.</li><li>Support HR in labor law matters, employee contracts, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Keep updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law .</li><li>Proven experience as a Legal Consultant or Legal Advisor.</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>10&ndash;15 years of relevant legal experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
