Key Responsibilities
SAP Concur and Finance Integration Support
Provide functional support, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement delivery for SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Travel processes and their integration with SAP Finance.
Manage SAP Concur user provisioning, account activation, profile changes, access updates, and deactivation in accordance with approved access-management processes.
Configure and support audit rules, mileage and travel allowances, imports, extracts, web services, corporate card feeds, and reimbursement-related integrations.
Monitor scheduled corporate card and interface files, investigate failed transfers or IDocs, coordinate corrective action, and confirm successful downstream posting in SAP.
Support the end-to-end employee reimbursement process by investigating posting or payment failures and coordinating with Finance and payment teams through resolution.
Collaborate with ABAP developers, SAP security, Basis, middleware, integration teams, service desk, external vendors, and business users to resolve issues and deliver changes.
Manage SAP Concur incidents and service requests through resolution, prioritising business impact, meeting service-level targets, documenting root causes, and reducing recurring issues and ticket backlog.
Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, testing checkpoints, defect triage, and status discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
Create clear meeting notes, decisions, action items, knowledge articles, support playbooks, and handover documentation to strengthen support continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of work experience.
5+ years of SAP experience minimum
SAP Concur certification or equivalent demonstrated SAP Concur implementation and support expertise is required.
