Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in instant retail (Q-commerce) operations within the UAE (e.g., Talabat, Careem Minutes, Instashop, Noon Now).
• Proven experience in managing operations for companies with monthly sales exceeding AED 300K and 10+ active stores.
• Strong understanding of operational rules, campaign setups, and advertising strategies across major local delivery platforms; experienced in platform communication and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting(Excel assessment will be required). Able to categorize, analyze, and visualize sales data, and provide regular performance reports.
• Skilled in Canva or Photoshop, including AI-based image editing tools. Capable of producing and optimizing e-commerce product images and short videos.
• Working proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese or Arabic is a plus.
• Work Location: On-site

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
