What Will You Do?

At Chronus, we're building a world-class enterprise platform and we need a Senior
Product Designer who gets excited about making complex systems feel human.

Here's what your day-to-day looks like:

• Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas from fuzzy problem to

polished, shippable solution.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deeply

understand user needs and translate them into intuitive experiences.

• Turn ambiguity into clarity: wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and high-

fidelity designs that speak for themselves.

• Collaborate with engineers on smooth handoffs so what ships actually matches

what you designed.

• Help evolve and maintain Chronus's design system consistency across a

complex platform is a superpower here.

• Champion usability, accessibility, and design excellence across the organization not just within the design team.

You Should Apply If

• You have 3+ years of product design experience with a strong background in

enterprise software.

• Your portfolio clearly demonstrates UX thinking, interaction design, and visual

polish, not just pretty screens.

• You've wrestled with complex enterprise workflows and found ways to make

them feel simple. That's your thing.

• You're fluent in Figma and know how to prototype, iterate fast, and ship.
• You understand and apply design systems, accessibility standards, and

responsive design principles not as checkboxes, but as craft.

• You communicate design decisions clearly to engineers, PMs, and executives

without needing a translator.

• You thrive in fast-paced environments and take real ownership over outcomes,

not just deliverables.

• Bonus: experience in HR tech, L&D, talent management, or employee

engagement platforms.
