What Will You Do? 
 
At Chronus, we're building a world-class enterprise platform and we need a Senior 
Product Designer who gets excited about making complex systems feel human.

Here's what your day-to-day looks like: 
<ul><li>Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas from fuzzy problem to</li></ul>
polished, shippable solution. 
<ul><li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deeply</li></ul>
understand user needs and translate them into intuitive experiences. 
<ul><li>Turn ambiguity into clarity: wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and high-</li></ul>
fidelity designs that speak for themselves. 
<ul><li>Collaborate with engineers on smooth handoffs so what ships actually matches</li></ul>
what you designed. 
<ul><li>Help evolve and maintain Chronus's design system consistency across a</li></ul>
complex platform is a superpower here. 
<ul><li>Champion usability, accessibility, and design excellence across the organization not just within the design team.</li></ul> 
You Should Apply If 
<ul><li>You have 3+ years of product design experience with a strong background in</li></ul>
enterprise software. 
<ul><li>Your portfolio clearly demonstrates UX thinking, interaction design, and visual</li></ul>
polish, not just pretty screens. 
<ul><li>You've wrestled with complex enterprise workflows and found ways to make</li></ul>
them feel simple. That's your thing. 
<ul><li>You're fluent in Figma and know how to prototype, iterate fast, and ship.</li><li>You understand and apply design systems, accessibility standards, and</li></ul>
responsive design principles not as checkboxes, but as craft.</div>
<ul><li>You communicate design decisions clearly to engineers, PMs, and executives</li></ul>
without needing a translator. 
<ul><li>You thrive in fast-paced environments and take real ownership over outcomes,</li></ul>
not just deliverables. 
<ul><li>Bonus: experience in HR tech, L&amp;D, talent management, or employee</li></ul>
engagement platforms.
