Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build production grade software, strengthen engineering standards, and support AI enabled development across our digital platforms.

Role Summary

• Backend Engineering: Develop APIs, services, integrations, and reusable components
• End to End Ownership: Lead design, development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement
• Cross Stack Contribution: Support frontend, cloud, data flows, mobile, and AI workflows
• Architecture and Quality: Improve code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and release readiness
• AI Enabled Development: Use AI coding tools responsibly and validate AI generated code
• Secure Development: Apply secure coding, data protection, and privacy by design principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend skills in .NET Core, C#, Node.js, Python
• Cloud native experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, automated testing, observability
• Python experience for AI, automation, or backend services
• Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, or regulated industries is an advantage

• APIs: REST, GraphQL, event driven patterns
• Data: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL
• Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

• Security: Secure coding, access control, auditability

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,009.40 per month
