Job Overview

A facilities management company is seeking a Solid Waste Collection Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection operations and ensure efficient service delivery in accordance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise waste collection crews.
• Coordinate daily collection routes and schedules.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with waste management procedures.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in solid waste collection or municipal waste management.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of waste collection operations and HSE requirements.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Waste Management or Environmental qualification.
• Relevant HSE certification.
• Qatar Driving Licence.
