Taxi Controller / Call Operator (Autocab Experience Required)

We are looking for experienced Taxi Controllers / Call Operators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience using the Autocab system and a strong understanding of the UK taxi industry. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous Autocab experience is essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in the UK taxi/cab industry is mandatory
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Comfortable working UK shifts where required

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Take and manage taxi bookings
• Dispatch jobs using Autocab
• Monitor driver activity and job progress
• Handle customer enquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate booking and dispatch records
