Taxi/Cab Controller and Dispatchers

We are a outsourcing customer service company providing services to u.k based cab and private hire company. We are seeking experienced and reliable Controllers/Dispatchers to join our operations team in. You will be the backbone of our daily operations — managing bookings, coordinating drivers, and ensuring passengers receive a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage live bookings via dispatch software (e.g., insoft, Tbms or similar) Allocate jobs to available drivers efficiently Track driver locations and manage real-time fleet movements Handle driver communications via radio, phone, or app Resolve booking conflicts, delays, and complaints promptly Maintain accurate records of trips, no-shows, and cancellations

Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience working with a UK-based taxi or private hire company Familiarity with UK dispatch software. Knowledge of UK geography, postcodes, and major cities/airports Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Available to work UK shift hours (including evenings, nights, and weekends)

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
