Truck Dispatching Instructor

Pay: Rs1,500.00 - Rs2,000.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Truck Dispatching Instructor to train students in the fundamentals and advanced practices of truck dispatching. The instructor will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and preparing students for real-world dispatching operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on truck dispatching concepts
• Train students on load booking, route planning, and driver coordination
• Guide students on how to communicate with brokers and negotiate rates
• Provide hands-on training on dispatching tools and load boards
• Teach documentation processes such as rate confirmations and invoices
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Assist in developing course material and training content
• Ensure a professional and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in truck dispatching
• Strong knowledge of load boards
• Good understanding of US trucking industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to conduct practical and interactive sessions
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching or training experience (preferred)
• Experience working with US-based trucking companies

Compensation:

Market competitive (Per Lecture / Monthly – Negotiable)

Working Days:

2 days per week (Flexible schedule)
