Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 50,000 + Transportation Allowance

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Coordinating with dispatch teams and clients regarding shipment updates
✔ Managing calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
✔ Ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation
✔ Collaborating with different departments to resolve issues efficiently
✔ Preparing daily reports and maintaining records

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has excellent spoken and written English
✔ Is confident, organized, and detail-oriented
✔ Can multitask and work independently
✔ Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
✔ Has experience in dispatch, logistics, customer support, coordination, or sales (preferred)
