E-commerce Logistics Coordinator(Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Logistics Coordinator (Customer Support) to manage order dispatch, shipment tracking, courier coordination, and customer logistics support. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure smooth daily logistics operations while coordinating with internal teams and courier partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing, booking, and dispatch operations.
• Liaise with courier companies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
• Resolve courier-related issues, including delayed, returned, or lost shipments.
• Update shipment and order status in the company's system.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, and Warehouse teams for efficient operations.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily logistics reports.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency.
• Handle Return-to-Origin (RTO) and exchange processes.
• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in e-commerce logistics, dispatch, or operations is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
