Davis Pharmaceutical Laboratories is looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Distribution, Accounts, distributors, and transporters for smooth operations.
• Manage and closely monitor all stock returns, including pending/aging returns, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, timely processing, and closure as per company policy.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of pending stock returns.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics, dispatch, delivery, and stock return activities.
• Monitor deliveries and coordinate resolution of delayed, damaged, short, or returned shipments.
• Prepare relevant logistics reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, distribution, dispatch, or supply chain will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock return processes.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
