About the Role: We’re looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support Client’s fast-growing supply chain. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role will be the first point of contact for all day-to-day operations with our 3PL & 3PM partners.

You’ll coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers and roasters into our warehouses, manage outbound flows, and ensure all purchase orders, stock transfers, and receipts are accurate and on time. You’ll also play a key role in reporting — bringing visibility to any discrepancies, surfacing risks, and supporting the Logistics Manager in monitoring performance against key logistics metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clientson all day-to-day operational matters.
  • Manage inbound deliveries into warehouse from suppliers and third-party manufacturers, including scheduling, documentation, and goods receipts.
  • Oversee outbound movements from warehouse to B2B customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Raise and track stock transfers, monitoring progress through to completion.
  • Receive and adjust Purchase Orders where required for movements through our 3PL.
  • Regular communication with the Logistics Manager on operational performance, highlighting discrepancies, service issues, and risks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics flows.
  • Provide cover and support for other logistics tasks as required.
  • Working within the wider supply chain team, ensure seamless operations and flagging risks where appropriate.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse and 3PL processes.
  • Skilled with inventory management systems (CIN7 experience an advantage).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present operational data.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator, able to manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and partners.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
