As a growing company, we are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our talented team.Job Summary: As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Taskaler, you will focus on managing day-to-day A/C payable processes and playing a key role in the client&rsquo;s reporting. Attention to detail is crucial, and you should be able to prioritize and plan your work effectively to meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check and manage the finance inbox daily, ensuring all emails are acknowledged and actioned promptly.</li><li>Respond to internal and external finance-related queries in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Forward or escalate specific matters to the appropriate team member when required.</li><li>Process vendor invoices &amp; cross verify/allocate against the Purchase Orders</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues</li><li>Carry out supplier statements reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Carry out bank reconciliations &amp; intercompany account reconciliations as part of the regular closing cycle</li><li>Support month-end closing activities related to payables</li><li>Provide general administration/ad hoc support to the finance team</li><li>Assist in developing and improving accounts payable process</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll bring<ul><li>Hands-on experience in accounts payable or a related role</li><li>Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software &amp; Microsoft Excel</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines, especially during month-end process</li><li>Strong Attention to detail</li><li>Displays a &lsquo;growth mindset&rsquo; and has a strong desire to learn and improve</li><li>Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various work streams.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>At Taskaler, we want you to be well and thrive.
