International Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Cargo Reservation Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with international air cargo operations, customer quotations, cargo reservations, and shipment coordination for global carriers. Experience with FedEx International shipping services is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international air cargo reservations and bookings for major airlines, including Emirates and other global carriers.
• Prepare and provide accurate freight quotations to customers based on shipment requirements.
• Handle end-to-end shipment operations from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, agents, and customers.
• Process shipping documentation, Air Waybills (AWBs), and customs-related paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and airline requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Air Cargo Reservations, Freight Forwarding, or International Logistics.
• Mandatory experience with FedEx International shipping and booking processes.
• Proven experience preparing freight quotations and pricing for customers.
• Strong understanding of international cargo operations, documentation, and shipment handling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage customers and shipment operations from start to finish.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling USA market shipments.
• Knowledge of FedEx DHL, UPS, airline cargo portals, and international courier operations.
• Experience dealing with international clients and overseas agents.

Only candidates with relevant international cargo, freight forwarding, and FedEx experience will be considered.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
