Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Officer to join our E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate packing, verification, and timely dispatch of customer orders through courier services.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily checking and verification of e-commerce orders before dispatch.
• Proper packing of parcels according to company standards.
• Coordination with courier companies for timely shipment of orders.
• Creation and management of shipment bookings through courier portals.
• Tracking dispatched parcels and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Maintaining dispatch records and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensuring product accuracy and minimizing dispatch errors.
• Coordinating with warehouse and customer support teams when required
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dispatch Officer in an e-commerce company (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of packing procedures and dispatch operations.
• Understanding of products and order verification processes.
• Experience using courier company portals and shipment management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICOM or equivalent).
• Resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
