Job Description
We are seeking a professional and energetic Female Receptionist with prior Call Center/BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Previous experience in a Call Center/BPO environment is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and email handling.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
