We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transport Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Position is FSD based.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

Online Token Generation:

· Efficiently generate online tokens for drivers to facilitate seamless transportation operations.

· Ensure accurate and timely distribution of generated tokens to the respective drivers.

Account Maintenance:

· Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts sheet.

· Record and track relevant financial transactions associated with transportation activities.

Token Generation (TLUC, THC) and Gate Passes:

· Generate TLUC (Truck Load and Unload Charges) tokens in accordance with established procedures.

· Generate THC (Terminal Handling Charges) tokens as required.

· Issue gate passes to authorized personnel and vehicles.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or other relevant field

· Experience in transport coordination or related fields is a plus.

· Good verbal & written communication skills
