Prior experience using Autocab/ iCabbi/ Cordic dispatch systems is required.

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled operations professional to assist with booking management and driver coordination for a UK transport service. This position plays a key role in ensuring journeys are scheduled accurately, resources are utilized effectively, and customer requests are handled promptly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the allocation and management of passenger bookings using industry-standard dispatch platforms.
• Match available drivers with incoming work while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor live operations and respond to service disruptions or scheduling issues.
• Liaise with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support throughout their shifts.
• Coordinate pre-booked journeys, including airport transfers and other scheduled services.
• Ensure operational records and booking details remain accurate and up to date.
• Escalate service concerns, customer feedback, and operational issues when required.

What We're Looking For

• Background in transport operations, dispatching, fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience working with dispatch systems such as Autocab, iCabbi, Cab 9 is mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computer-based systems and operational software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions under pressure.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
